Nickel Alloy Tubes

Nickel Alloy tubes are an essential component in various industries due to their excellent resistance to corrosion and high-temperature applications. At Om Steel, we provide high-quality Nickel Alloy tubes made from different grades of nickel alloys, each with unique features and properties.

One of the popular grades of Nickel Alloy tubes is Nickel 200, which offers exceptional resistance to corrosion in neutral and reducing environments. It also has good thermal and electrical conductivity, making it ideal for electrical and electronic applications.

Another widely used grade is Nickel 201, which has similar corrosion resistance to Nickel 200 but with lower carbon content, making it more suitable for applications where lower carbon content is preferred.

Om Steel also offers Nickel Alloy tubes made from other grades such as Nickel 400, Nickel 625, and Nickel 718. Nickel 400 is known for its high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in various environments, while Nickel 625 offers exceptional resistance to high temperatures and corrosive environments. Nickel 718, on the other hand, has high strength and excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures.

Our Nickel Alloy tubes are available in different shapes and sizes, including round, square, and rectangular, and can be customized to different thicknesses to meet specific application requirements.

Nickel Alloy Tubes

Seamless Nickel Alloy Tubes

Seamless nickel alloy tubes are made from a single piece of metal without any welding or joints. They are known for their high strength and resistance to corrosion, making them ideal for use in harsh environments such as marine applications. Seamless tubes also have a smooth surface finish, which reduces the risk of corrosion and improves fluid flow.

Welded Nickel Alloy Tubes

Welded nickel alloy tubes are made by welding two or more pieces of metal together. They are generally less expensive than seamless tubes but may not be as strong or resistant to corrosion. Welded tubes may also have a rougher surface finish due to the welding process.

Drawn Nickel Alloy Tubes

Drawn nickel alloy tubes are made by drawing a metal tube through a die to reduce its diameter while increasing its length. This process results in a tube with precise dimensions and improved mechanical properties. Drawn tubes can be either seamless or welded depending on the starting material.

Electric Resistance Weld (ERW) Tubes

These are welded using an electric current instead of gas.

Check Icon

Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) Tubes

These are similar to drawn tubes but undergo additional processing to improve their surface finish.

Check Icon

Extruded Tubes

These are formed by forcing heated metal through a shaped die.

Check Icon

Finned Tubes

These have fins attached to the outside surface to increase heat transfer efficiency.
