It also offers excellent corrosion resistance in reducing environments containing sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid solutions with low chloride ion concentrations. The G30 plate is often used in chemical processing industries such as fertilizer production and pickling operations.
Hastelloy C-22 plate is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy that provides excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing media. It offers superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments. The C-22 plate is commonly used in pharmaceutical, chemical processing, and pollution control equipment.
