Nickel Alloy Pipe and Pipe Fittings

Nickel Alloy pipes and pipe fittings are essential components in various industries due to their excellent resistance to corrosion and high-temperature applications. At Om Steel, we provide high-quality Nickel Alloy pipes and pipe fittings made from different grades of nickel alloys, each with unique features and properties.

One of the popular grades of Nickel Alloy pipes is Nickel 200, which offers exceptional resistance to corrosion in neutral and reducing environments. It also has good thermal and electrical conductivity, making it ideal for electrical and electronic applications. Another widely used grade is Nickel 201, which has similar corrosion resistance to Nickel 200 but with lower carbon content, making it more suitable for applications where lower carbon content is preferred.

Om Steel also offers Nickel Alloy pipes made from other grades such as Nickel 400, Nickel 625, and Nickel 718. Nickel 400 is known for its high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in various environments, while Nickel 625 offers exceptional resistance to high temperatures and corrosive environments. Nickel 718, on the other hand, has high strength and excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures. Our Nickel Alloy pipe fittings are available in different grades, including Elbows, Tees, Crosses, Caps, and Reducers, and can be customized to different sizes and thicknesses to meet specific application requirements.
