Nickel Alloy pipes and pipe fittings are essential components in various industries due to their excellent resistance to corrosion and high-temperature applications. At Om Steel, we provide high-quality Nickel Alloy pipes and pipe fittings made from different grades of nickel alloys, each with unique features and properties.
One of the popular grades of Nickel Alloy pipes is Nickel 200, which offers exceptional resistance to corrosion in neutral and reducing environments. It also has good thermal and electrical conductivity, making it ideal for electrical and electronic applications. Another widely used grade is Nickel 201, which has similar corrosion resistance to Nickel 200 but with lower carbon content, making it more suitable for applications where lower carbon content is preferred.
Om Steel also offers Nickel Alloy pipes made from other grades such as Nickel 400, Nickel 625, and Nickel 718. Nickel 400 is known for its high strength and excellent corrosion resistance in various environments, while Nickel 625 offers exceptional resistance to high temperatures and corrosive environments. Nickel 718, on the other hand, has high strength and excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures. Our Nickel Alloy pipe fittings are available in different grades, including Elbows, Tees, Crosses, Caps, and Reducers, and can be customized to different sizes and thicknesses to meet specific application requirements.
Types of
Nickel Alloy Pipes
Inconel 600 Pipes
Inconel 600 is a popular nickel-chromium alloy that is widely used in high-temperature applications. It has excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at high temperatures up to 2000°F. Inconel 600 pipes are commonly used in chemical processing plants, heat treating furnaces, and nuclear power plants.
Monel 400 Pipes
Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy that offers excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, acidic solutions, and alkaline solutions. It has good mechanical properties at both room temperature and elevated temperatures up to 1000°F. Monel 400 pipes are commonly used in marine engineering, chemical processing equipment, and oil refineries.
Hastelloy C276 Pipes
Hastelloy C276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy that offers exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and oxidizing environments such as chlorides and sulfuric acid solutions. It has good mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 1900°F. Hastelloy C276 pipes are commonly used in chemical processing plants, pulp & paper mills, and waste treatment facilities.
Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipes
Incoloy 800/800H/800HT is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy that offers excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization at high temperatures up to 2300°F. It also has good strength and ductility at elevated temperatures. Incoloy 800/800H/800HT pipes are commonly used in heat exchangers, petrochemical processing, and power generation.
Nickel 200/201 Pipes
Nickel 200/201 is a commercially pure nickel alloy that offers excellent resistance to various corrosive environments such as acids, alkalis, and neutral salts. It has good mechanical properties at both room temperature and elevated temperatures up to 600°F. Nickel 200/201 pipes are commonly used in chemical processing plants, electronic components manufacturing, and aerospace industry.
Alloy 20 Pipes
Alloy 20 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy that offers excellent resistance to sulfuric acid corrosion, pitting corrosion, and intergranular corrosion. It also has good mechanical properties at both room temperature and elevated temperatures up to 1000°F. Alloy 20 pipes are commonly used in chemical processing plants, pharmaceuticals & food processing equipment.
Inconel 625 Pipes
Inconel 625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and high-temperature oxidation up to 1800°F. It also has good strength and toughness at cryogenic temperatures down to -423°F. Inconel 625 pipes are commonly used in aerospace industry components such as aircraft ducting systems.
Carpenter® Alloy C-276 Pipes
Carpenter® Alloy C-276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten alloy that offers exceptional resistance to severe corrosive environments such as chlorides, sulfuric acid solutions, and reducing chemicals like phosphoric acid or hydrochloric acid mixtures with chlorine ions present within the solution environment itself (e.g., bleach). Carpenter® Alloy C-276 pipes are commonly used in chemical processing plants where highly corrosive chemicals are processed.
