Stainless Steel Tubes

Om Steel offers stainless steel in various grades, including austenitic, ferritic, and duplex stainless steel, to meet the needs of different applications. The company also offers customized solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
One of the key advantages of stainless steel is its exceptional corrosion resistance, making it ideal for use in harsh environments and applications where exposure to chemicals and saltwater is common. Stainless steel from Om Steel also possesses excellent hygienic properties, making it ideally suited for use in the food processing, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare industries. Stainless steel resists bacterial growth and takes minimal effort to clean, thus making it an ideal material for equipment and structures where the hygienic properties of your workplace are paramount.

Properties of

Stainless Steel

Check Icon

Corrosion resistance

Stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and rust, thanks to its high levels of chromium. This makes it an ideal material for applications where exposure to moisture or other corrosive substances is likely, such as in marine environments or chemical processing plants.

Check Icon

Strength and durability

Stainless steel is a strong and durable material that is able to withstand high stress and pressure without deforming or breaking. It is also able to maintain its strength and shape over a wide range of temperatures.

Check Icon

Hygiene

Stainless steel is easy to clean and maintain, making it ideal for use in applications where hygiene is a priority, such as in the food and medical industries.

Check Icon

Magnetism

Some types of stainless steel are magnetic, while others are not. This property can be useful in certain applications, such as in the design of magnetic components.

Check Icon

Weldability

Stainless steel can be welded easily, making it easy to fabricate into a wide range of shapes and structures.

Check Icon

Recyclability

Stainless steel is a highly recyclable material, making it a sustainable choice for many applications. It can be melted down and reused without losing its properties.
