Schedules of Monel Cold Rolled Plates
The most common schedules for monel cold rolled plates are Schedule 10S, Schedule 40S, and Schedule 80S. Schedule 10S has a thinner wall compared to Schedule 40S and Schedule 80S, making it suitable for low-pressure applications such as water supply lines and drainage systems.
Schedule 40S has a medium wall thickness suitable for general-purpose applications such as chemical processing plants, food processing equipment, and oil refineries. On the other hand, Schedule 80S has a thicker wall suitable for high-pressure applications such as steam boilers, power generation plants, and nuclear reactors.
